Refund policy

RETURNS

We currently do not offer returns for refunds. 

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind. 

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at info@jaydaydressco.com.

Please note that certain items are final sale – please refer to the list below and/or the product description for specific return policies. 

For returns, a shipping fee will be charged for the replacement item on exchanges. Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of shipping on international exchanges.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered to us. 

All items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging within 7 days of order receipt. Items must be free from signs of damage, wear, or odors. Please take care when packing up your return to be sent back to us.

All sales are final for the following items:

Jewelry, Hats, Custom Dress Orders

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit.

Shipping Policy

All products in stock are shipped within 5-7 business days of when the order was placed. Made-to-Order purchases are shipped within 4-6 weeks of when the order was placed. All packages purchased domestically are shipped with USPS at the shipping speed you choose at check out.

All packages purchased internationally are shipped with DHL or USPS for Canada
